You book online and pay for your reservation directly to the car hire company when you collect your vehicle.

Credit cards
Car hire companies will require the main driver to provide identification documents and a valid credit card in their own name, issued by a banking institution. Third-party credit cards will not be accepted if the cardholder is not present.

Security deposit
The hire company will hold the deposit amount on the main driver’s credit card at the time of the hire agreement’s signature. The amount will be reversed by the car hire company to the credit card administrator upon vehicle drop-off. The effective reversal term may vary depending on the credit card administrator. The security deposit varies depending on the vehicle group and hire period. The security deposit may be retained by the hire company in the case of damage to the vehicle.

Restrictions
Credit restrictions under the names of the main driver and/or the additional drivers (if applicable) may result in cancellation of the hire agreement. This enquiry is performed solely by the hire company on the pick-up day.

Important Information
Car hire companies reserve the right to refuse the hiring of vehicles to individuals with credit delinquency history or persons otherwise considered liabilities by the hire company.

Cancellation Fee
In the event that you cancel a reservation contracted in partial online prepayment mode or full online prepayment mode, you will be charged an amount equivalent to 5% of the total value of the aforementioned reservation to cover administrative costs. Modifications like dates, vehicle type, etc, will be free of charge.
