1. Earn 5 TAP Miles&Go miles for every €1 spent on the daily rate.
2. Only customers registered in the TAP Miles&Go program prior to requesting and confirming the booking are eligible to earn miles.
3. Miles will only be registered if the booking is made through the exclusive TAP Miles&Go page(s) on the Rentcars website, indicated on the program portal (flytap.com), in the name of the holder registered in the TAP Miles&Go program (CPF or Miles&Go Customer Number, consisting of two letters and 9 digits, e.g. TP000000000).
4. Earning miles from the TAP Miles&Go program will be valid for bookings from 1 to 29 days.
5. It is the customer's sole responsibility to fill in their personal data correctly. In the event of a typing error or an incorrect booking flow (partnership page and filling in the CPF or the Miles&Go Customer Number), the score credits will not be recorded.
6. The miles will be valid upon the use of the booking and confirmation form the rental company to Rentcars.

7. TAP Miles&Go miles will be credited after the rental company confirms the use of the booking; the deadline for crediting is approximately 120 days after returning the vehicle, which may be longer depending on the rental company and destination.
8. Bookings are made by any means other than the exclusive page(s) of the TAP Miles&Go program on the Rentcars website will not earn miles.
9. The number of miles will be calculated in accordance with the agreed amount and confirmed on the Rentcars website for the daily rental of the vehicle. Costs with vehicle protection services or additional products purchased on the website or directly at the rental counter will not be considered.
10. For bookings with payment in another currency, the conversion to points occurs on the day of confirmation of the booking.
11. The interest amounts arising from the installment plan will not account for miles.
12. For cases of payments applying any type of discount, the number of miles will be calculated according to the final amount paid.
13. Miles cannot be applied after bookings have already been issued.
14. Earning miles cannot be combined with discount coupons.
15. In case of fraud, the miles will be reversed from the customer's account.
16. Our rates are subject to price change without notice.
17. It is not common, however in some cases it may be necessary to prove the use of the booking, so we suggest that you keep a copy of the rental agreement until the equivalent points are registered.
