1. The discount is valid only for bookings made on the Promotion website and cannot be used for reservations made through the Call Center or for services contracted or paid directly at the rental company’s physical locations.

2. Payment must be made in full online.

3. The code cannot be applied after the reservation has been completed.

4. The discount is only valid for reservations from 1 (one) to 29 (twenty-nine) days.

5. The discount will be applied to the prepayment amount on the Promotion website and cannot be used for payment at the destination.

6. The minimum age of the renter/driver is 25 (twenty-five) years. For certain countries and vehicle groups, specific age rules may apply. Please contact the Reservation/Service Centers at +55 (41) 4042 1479 for more information.

7. Any changes to the reservation after payment confirmation are subject to updated rates and vehicle availability.

8. If a change results in a reduction of the prepayment amount, the discount will be recalculated proportionally.

9. In case of cancellation before the stipulated date and time for vehicle pick-up, 10% (ten percent) of the initially agreed prepayment amount will be retained, without applying the coupon. After this period, or if the customer does not meet the minimum requirements to open the rental agreement, the amount equivalent to one night will be retained without the discount coupon.

10. The code may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

11. If the code is found to be used speculatively, falsely, or fraudulently, we reserve the right to modify or cancel both the promotion and the reservations at any time without prior notice.
